At 18:00 a shuttle bus will be departing from Schiphol Airport. This bus is only for people who signed up for it during team enrollment. Did you forget to enroll, make sure to do so by contacting us.

Before departure we’ll be meeting at the designated airport meeting point at Schiphol Plaza. The meeting point is situated in between the stairs to train track 3-4 and 5-6 (near Burger King). The point is marked as shown below. You’ll be awaited by one of our crew wearing a bright yellow t-shirt.

The teams playing the first two games at 08:00 and 09:00 can have breakfast between 06:00 and 07:00 in the hotel restaurant.

A shuttle bus will transport you between the hotel en our sports venue. The first shuttle is meant for teams playing one of the first two games at 08:00 or 09:00 and their officials.

The teams NOT playing one of the first two games at 08:00 or 09:00 can have breakfast between 07:00 and 08:00 in the hotel restaurant.

A shuttle bus will transport you between the hotel en our sports venue. The second shuttle is meant for teams NOT playing one of the first two games at 08:00 or 09:00.

Matches start at 08:00 and will last until 20:00.

Lunch will be served during the games, Therefor it’s opened for two hours (two matches).

Diner will be served during the games. Therefor it will be opened for two hours (two matches).

Two busses will transport everyone back to the hotel. Shuttle 1 is departing just after the last match is over at 20:15.

The award ceremony will take place at 16:00 in the sports venues restaurant. 

The Schiphol Airport shuttle will depart right from the sports venue. So please make sure you brought you’r luggage from the hotel. We’ll drop you off at Schiphol Airport at 18:30. We’ll then thank you and hope to see you again. 

CAUTION: Schiphol Airport is dealing with an employee shortage. Therefor customs and security is understaffed. This causes long cues. The Airport is constantly working at the problem and working on different solutions. Please be aware though and make sure to follow your airlines instructions carefully.
